Universities and colleges as well as companies and freelance inventors can now benefit from a new offer from TLB GmbH for invention evaluations: Technologie-Lizenz-Büro (TLB) der Baden-Württembergischen Hochschulen GmbH now offers the possibility to commission the evaluation of an invention at a flat rate. The innovation managers of the experienced patent exploitation agency carry out the patent law and economic evaluation of an invention at a fixed price of 2500 euros. The offer meets the criteria of the BMWi's WIPANO funding programme.
With this new offer, the Baden-Württemberg patent exploitation agency is expanding its flat-rate services. The existing option of settling the exploitation of inventions and IP rights as well as other IP rights at a flat fee of 3,500 euros is thus expanded to include an attractive evaluation module.
